Damian Slaczka

Damian Slaczka, Endodontics Class of 2024, was born in Świętochłowice, Poland, a city county within Silesia with beautiful scenic views. His parents immigrated in 1994, and Slaczka has lived in North Carolina for the past 26 years. Growing up, he always liked to tinker with things and work with his hands, which led him to a career in Engineering. Slaczka later realized that this was simply a stepping-stone to his true passion of providing care and helping people within the community. Dentistry has allowed him to integrate that desire to help people and be hands on. Slaczka lives in Raleigh with his dog Xena, and enjoys spending any opportunity outdoors that he can. He also enjoys home improvement projects, hiking, cycling, and traveling.
