Ledford Receives ADEA/Oral-B Scholarship

Graduate dental hygiene student Jennie Ledford received a $2,500 ADEA/Oral-B Scholarship at the ADEA meeting in San Diego this week.

The purpose of the scholarship is to support dental hygiene students who are pursuing education beyond an associates’s degree. Recipients must be enrolled in a degree completion program or a graduate program. Ledford is enrolled in the master’s of dental hygiene education program. Only two students in the United States receive this award annually.
