Private support is vital to the continued success and excellence of the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. All gifts make an immediate and tangible impact on the school’s students, faculty, alumni and the local community.
To thank and recognize its donors and promote the importance of philanthropy at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry, the Dental Foundation of North Carolina has created annual and cumulative lifetime giving societies.

Recognition Societies
Members of the John W. Stamm Planned Giving Society include those friends of the school whose support comes in the form of a planned gift: a bequest, a charitable remainder trust or a life insurance policy. UNC’s prestige, beautiful school, and rigorous academics are what first drew me to Carolina, but it was my interview day that solidified it for me. At my interview, the faculty and upperclassmen were so welcoming — I could feel that they sincerely wanted us to be there.
