Sarah Vossers
Sarah Vossers, Orthodontics Class of 2025, is a North Carolina native through and through. She grew up in Burlington, NC with her parents and younger brother staying busy playing volleyball, horseback riding, and painting and drawing.
Raised as a UNC Tar Heels fan, she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate studies, graduating with a BSPH in Environmental Health Sciences with Distinction. While at UNC, Sarah also served as Captain and competed for the UNC Equestrian Team.
She then attended East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine where she was inducted into OKU and graduated with Honors. Drawn to the importance of ethics, professionalism, and leadership in dentistry, Sarah helped to reestablish ECU’s Student Professionalism and Ethics Association (SPEA) organization, serving as Chapter President as well as on SPEA’s National Board.
Outside of orthodontics, you can often find her horseback riding, competing as a show jumper, and spoiling her horse, Ducky. Sarah loves spending time with friends, family, and her two cats, Ceviche and Tostada. She also enjoys yoga, hiking, and reading with a good cup of coffee in hand.
