N.C. Hispanic Association Meets at School of Dentistry

The North Carolina Hispanic Dental Association will meet Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2001 at 5:00 p.m. in 407 Brauer Hall, at the UNC-Chapel Hill, School of Dentistry. The main purpose of the NCHDA is to promote oral hygiene and health care to the local Hispanic community.

This association will help provide a better level of health care for the present Hispanic population, and help to plan for the future needs of this ever-growing community. Applications for membership will be available to everyone (students, dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other dental professionals. The annual meeting of the Hispanic Dental Association will be held in Philadelphia on Oct. 5-7, 2001.
