William Maixner, DDS, PhD, professor and associate dean of academic affairs, was named president-elect of the IADR Neuroscience Group at the recent meeting.

Michael Roberts, DDS, MScD, professor and chair of pediatric dentistry, was elected to the board of directors, College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry at the annual meeting in Atlanta, Ga. in May.

Timothy Wright, DDS, MS, professor in pediatric dentistry, has been selected by the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasia to receive the Kenneth Brown M.D. Research Award. This award has been given only four times in the last 20 years.
