Description/Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this study is to assess self-reported snoring and breathing-related disruptions in sleep in college athletes and their potential impact on athletic performance, cognition and mood.

Eligibility
Inclusion Criteria
You are being asked to be in the study because you:
Are a UNC-CH Football player (including both Varsity and Club teams).
Are male.
Are between 18 and 32 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
You should NOT be in this study if you:
Are injured.
Have no performance data.
